Aim of the applet

This applet allows do transformations in a image using matrices on the points that define.

Input data

We may perform the following transformations:

• Free Mode: It allows us to move the points that define the image freely, watching as amended.
• Composition Mode: It allows combine transformations, , seeing them all simultaneously.
• Original: Return to the initial state.
• Reflection over X and Y-axis, y=-x and attending the origin.
• Over OX and OY Projection.
• Vertical and horizontal Contraction/expansion using the sliders.
• Horizontal shearing

And two images are displayed. The right correspond to the image in position and original size and the left is the image in which the changes made.

Output data

The right image modified with the applied transformation. And it will show the matrix used for last the transformation.

Firsts steps

• In the free mode move the points of the image until the shape of a rhombus.
• Make the necessary changes so that the image is placed in the opposite quadrant and inversely to the original. What would be the resulting matrix applied?
• Contracts the image horizontally until it is half.
